I feel fine.

I feel bored.

I feel numb.

I feel empty.

I feel unsatisfied.

I feel anxious.

I feel doom.

I feel alone.

I feel sad.

I feel depressed.

I feel my arms and legs weighing me down.

I feel frustrated.

I feel angry.

I feel my brain on fire.

I feel death.

I feel like giving up.

I feel release.

I feel tired.

I feel weak.

I feel weepy.

I feel guilty.

I feel ashamed.

I feel repentance.

I feel grateful.

I feel love.

I feel pleasure.

I feel inspired.

I feel excited.

I feel happy.

I feel productive.

I feel at peace.

I feel and therefore I am.

I would much rather be caught in a windstorm of feelings than to not feel at all.

Sometimes I only feel half of these over a few days & sometimes I cycle through all of these feelings multiple times in a single day. I do my best to keep routines and bring joy into my life, but sometimes letting myself feel is what I need to get through the day.
